The First State Building & Design showroom is conveniently located on Route 202 between Wilmington, DE and West Chester, PA. We built our custom showroom to provide more than small product samples and brand catalogs. When you visit the showroom, you can explore our full-size displays, product samples, and design features to help inspire every element of your outdoor living or interior renovation.

Our recently renovated showcase space, where we host our client presentations, embodies the best of outdoor living and interior design features. Come and see the many styles and fabrications of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, floor tiles, custom built benches, outdoor feature walls, and even fire pits. Our space is where you can envision how you will include the latest style trends in your new outdoor or indoor living space.

Our outdoor displays allow our clients to make selections after getting to see and feel our quality products and designs. We want to inspire what their next outdoor living space would include. Showcasing multiple options for stone facades, decking, pavers, railings, awnings, pergolas, outdoor heating and kitchen appliances, and fire features, nothing is left to the imagination when our clients can explore life-size features to include in their dream backyard design.
