Our Warranty

First State Building & Design Warranty

First State Building & Design warrants its workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of Substantial Completion.

During the warranty period, FSBD will repair defects in workmanship resulting from work performed under this Agreement at no cost to the Owner. This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship and does not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alterations by others, acts of God, or manufacturer product defects.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided solely by their respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
