Founded in 2006, First State Building & Design is a family-owned company with a reputation for excellence. We recently expanded our services to offer both kitchen and bath remodeling and renovation work.

Our offerings include indoor and outdoor kitchens, bathrooms, basements, windows, doors and outdoor living spaces. Because we focus on both interiors and exteriors, we offer clients a cohesive and seamless look for their homes.

Our Team

The First State Building & Design team is made up of more than 30 craftsmen, designers, field foremen and administrative staff with more than 95 years of combined construction experience.

Our kitchen and bathroom designers will give you expert advice and guide you through every step of your planning to create your dream kitchen or bathroom.

First State Building & Design is a full service in house company. Our salesman are involved in your project from beginning to end.

We have the knowledge to assist along the way by completing all permitting and inspections, ensuring that you experience hassle-free, no-worry construction.

Ongoing Training

We believe in continuous learning and improving, which is we why we stay current on the newest products, code updates and product training. We have attended educational seminars for many of our vendors, in addition to some of the industry’s largest suppliers and manufacturers.

Our commitment to continuing education gives our designers and installers an advantage by offering our clients the latest in design trends and innovations.
