First State Building & Design Limited Lifetime Warranty

At First State Building & Design, we back up all our work with a limited lifetime warranty.

If an exterior or interior project is determined to be defective due to workmanship, First State Building & Design, at our discretion, will repair or replace the damaged parts. This warranty is between First State Building & Design and the original purchaser and covers the workmanship of the project only. Our warranty does not cover any materials that are used in the project. The warranty on materials and coverage for labor to replace the materials will vary by manufacturer.

This warranty does not cover any damage due to weather, owner misuse or neglect.
